Ruffle Off the Shoulder Velvet Cocktail Dress

This dress is beautiful, flattering (camouflages my midsection) and comfortable (slightly stretchy). True to size. I’m 5ft so it’s a bit longer than on the model but still looks great. The neckline is very attractive.

I bought three similar dresses from Xscape in size 6. One fit; one was a little snug; and then this one was impossibly small. I’m trying to exchange up because the dress is pretty. Docked one star due to the random sizing and also because I had to fight the zipper (even when it was just on the hanger), and it feels like the zipper is both resistant and yet also flimsy enough that it might break easily. I’m 5’4” 150 lbs and usually wear a 6-8.

Beautifully made and so flattering! The size is right on the money.

Dress was beautiful however while it was large in the hips and waist my shoulders were too broad to zip all the way up. Was very disappointed but on someone else would be beautiful. Returned.
