It is lined so isn’t see through at all. The buttons are very cute and add an elegant touch to the dress, they don’t feel flimsy or like they will fall off at all. It has a invisible zip down the back so it is easy to step into and is comfortable on. I wore this out for lunch and shopping and I had no issues with the comfort or feel of the dress. I also got quite a few compliments on it which was really lovely.
