Cute but strangely missing some of the fun ruffle
Such a cute dress but the sleeves have missing ruffle/flowers. If you enlarge the picture, you can see there are gaps. I thought they had fallen off in the bag but the sleeves are designed with the gaps way. Even if you steam the ruffle/flowers they do not fill the gaps.
