Nice Quality but Not Personalized

I ordered my bag personalized with my initials. The order took a while so I assumed itwas due to the personalization. Well, that wasn’t it because it wasn’t personalized when I received it. I’m going to keep it but I’m disappointed. Anyway, it is a nice size and good quality.
