NOT bathing suit bottoms
There seems the be a lack of understanding of what board shorts are, per the reviews of these shorts on this and all the other colors. Board shorts are NOT bathing suit bottoms. They are made to wear OVER your bathing suit when engaging in water sports to give extra coverage for your lady parts, as well as act like a rash guard for your skin to prevent chafing. When considering what BOARD SHORTS are made for, these fit the Bill to a T. Comfy, slight give around the waist, and cute. Bought two pairs!

No Mesh Just Plain Shorts
The material and everything appears to be like a swimsuit but it has no lining underneath and it is loose in the legs. It is more like shorts more than anything where you will NEED to wear swimsuit bottoms underneath. So what’s the point of getting this then?
