too big and a hassle to return
Item was too big and Nordstrom wouldn’t take back so had to pay large fee to return to company. Do not recommend unless you are sure of fit.

LOVE FRANCESCA!!!
The Francesca shoe is the BEST!!! Comfort and style are both a priority for me. Don't waste your time trying others like me. I am heading to the Amalfi Coast, and this shoe will be my go-to!

Not. . . very comfortable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Francesca is super cute and they are perfect for the office. Unfortunately, they are not as comfortable as I anticipated. The shell of the shoes, including the toe box, is rather hard. They felt like harder plastic around the feet. The soles are comfortable and the shoes are comfortable at first but quickly hurts my feet overall. Also, these fit true-to-size. Usually Vivaia runs half a size bigger on me but these were more "true" size.

I wanted to love them, breaks my heart they rub
I wanted to love them so much. I even went overboard and bought multiple pairs. But they are just so uncomfortable and rub the backs of my feet. I don’t know why or what it is about my feet but they just are so uncomfortable. It’s been almost a year and I still try them for work in hopes they break in. Def also part because they are expensive and I invested in multiple pairs

Runs Big
These run about a half size too big. I have other Vivaia shoes all in the same size, but these are really big. I thought it was something I could fix with inserts, but unfortunately as they broke in they got looser and looser and now no inserts or thick socks will fix it. They also gave me blisters on my heels and the top of my foot.
