What it is: A hydrating high-shine lipgloss with boosted lip-care benefits.

What it does: Long-lasting, mirror-like luster enhances lips in just one application. Boasting a nonsticky texture, the formula glides on effortlessly and offers immediate and continuous comfort. Lips look smoother, fuller and visibly more luminous.
More than just a lipgloss, ROUGE COCO HYDRA GLOSS is composed of an 85%* hydrating base. It acts as a true lip care product, working in two complementary ways. Instantly, a Hydra-Peptide Complex smoothes and hydrates lips, providing a plumping effect along with antioxidant protection. Then, throughout the day, skin’s barrier is strengthened thanks to camellia ceramides developed by CHANEL Research, which help keep lips moisturized for up to 24 hours**.

Feels better then the previous version

I was a little worried when I heard that they were discontinuing the previous lip gloss and reformulating it. But after picking up a few colors yesterday, I realized my concerns were misplaced. This new formula is lighter and more moisturizing, but still pack a punch, a vibrant color and shine. Please bring back "Spark", the best color from the early 00s.

Bring back the COCO ROUGE GLOSS

I have been using the Chanel Coco Rouge Gloss forever in the color Amarena. Now I see they have reformulated the product and renamed it and have kept only one of the original colors. WHY? I decided to try the color Nacre as it is the closest to the color I always used. The color is meh. But what is worse is the new formula. It is thin. Almost runny. It feels like nothing on the lips. It doesn't last. For the price, this falls so very short. There is nothing special about it. Not anymore. I returned it and will be looking for a replacement by a different brand. So sad.

STOP This!

My first retail job was the Chanel counter. I’ve loved the glosses for decades. This business brand is annoying. You LOVE the product, for good reason, only for them to change or discontinue it. These are NOT better than the Rouge Gloss. The colors aren’t the same, nor even close and the formula is thinner. Why would we pay the same price for a lower quality product? Bring back the old colors and formula. Heads to EBay and Poshmark for an up charge.

BAROQUE: misleading color

Love the formula. Very creamy and moisturizing. Last for a long time. But the color in real life is clear! Not color at all. Very misleading pictures. For that reason I give it 3 stars.

I received this for free in exchange for my honest review. The lip gloss has a typical texture, feeling somewhat thick and sticky for me. It isn't very hydrating. I've used it for a few days, and I appreciate the nice color, which includes a touch of glitter and has a high shine.
