Cheap quality cheap packaging
Both items feel very cheap! The way the items were packaged is careless. No box just thrown in some bubble wrap. Not consistent with Nordstrom quality at all! The quartz roller has a dirt spot on it. So gross, quartz roller wasn't covered at all. Not worth the money.

Not sure that I’ve ever received a product in bubble wrap and plastic out of the box. I was really excited about this, but will be returning. Looks cheap.

Fake Rose Quartz Roller?
The Quartz Roller does not look like real quartz, as shown in the picture on the website. Similar to other reviews, it was wrapped in bubble wrap and not nicely packaged. I don't recommend this product from this specific vendor (Lovery) as the authenticity of the product is questionable.
