Worst customer service and horrible policies.
They sent the wrong colored rose. They would not send the correct color until my 80 yo mother returned it. This was unacceptable as it was a Mother’s Day gift and the new rose wouldn’t arrive until too late. I explained the significance of the color as my mother was a cancer survivor and we wanted her to have the pink rose. Customer service was cold and heartless and would not make an exception even though it was their mistake.
