a little too much volume for me
I have other sets from this brand that I love, but returned this one. I found the matching top to have a LOT of extra volume - it almost felt like a maternity top - and these shorts are really wide leg/voluminous. I was also hoping for more of a classic black and white gingham, but the black print is more black and cream/tan, so it didn’t read as bright and summery as I was hoping. As long as this is the fit/color you’re looking for, you’ll probably like the shorts.
