Rometty Platform Chelsea Boot (Women)

These are hands down my fav boots ever. I’m a hair colorist and stand for hours a day, and I’m NEVER un -comfy in these ! They have a beautiful punk grunge chic vibe that goes with every outfit I wear. I love the platform shape on these, to me it’s more feminine than the straight quad platform. These are comfy enough to even walk my dog. I’ve never had issues with these, and they’re all I ever want to wear. I also have a wide width and a bunion on one foot and they never bother me. The leather is substantial but not stiff. Get them, now!!

WOW. My first pair of Docs and I cant believe how comfortable they are. I have a medium to wide foot. Initially I was worried how stiff Docs would be but these are AWESOME. I’m pregnant and usually wear a size 9 but I sized down to an 8 because I tried on other docs in store and an 8 fit perfectly. Even though I think the 8 is fine, I’m also going to order a 9 just to see what the difference is. And then make my final decision. Especially if my feet grow while I finish up this pregnancy. All in all, very impressed with these Docs. They seem like a shoe I could wear all day.

The leather is soft, doesn't seem to need much breaking in. However, I'm partial to soles that are split, or are flexible enough that they bend easily. I also have a wide foot, and appreciated that there was enough room in the toe box. In the end, I went with the All Saints Chelsea boot, because it had a sleeker, more refined look, and also had a more flexible sole. They were also lighter. These just seemed very clunky to me, when I walked in them.
