The exterior is well made

The bag looks good and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bag looks good and trendy; very roomy. However, the handle keeps falling off from my shoulder and I have to keep adjusting it ever y few minutes. Sak bags are usually very comfortable, but I am disappointed with this purchase.
