It is not water resistance as claimed.
I ordered two boats 3 weeks ago. This is the first time I use them in the snowstorm we have on the east coast. The boat was supposed to be water resistance; however, it is not. I found my sucks wet after shoveling my driveway. I will never buy from Nordstrom Rack again.

Triggers metal detectors
These shoes are fine but I’m somehow surprised that Rockports will set off metal detectors at airports, TSA Pre-Check as well as every foreign airport I’ve been transiting. There’s a small metal logo on the shoelaces that I’ll try after removing, but I can’t imagine it’s significant enough. There must be a metal shank in the arch maybe.

Wish they fit? Very comfortable and like that they are waterproof I bought my size which was 11.5 it was too big! I guess I have to downsize with Rockport
