Christmas present I was really looking forward to receive...when I opened the package it had all the trappings of a luxury item. But when I put it on, I found a button missing from the area where the fur attaches to the collar. In its place was a one inch rip. Then on the lower front left were small black ink specks and a dirt smudge. It felt as if the coat had been used, returned, and then resold to me without a quality control check. Since this item was shipped from the vendor, I will be returning the jacket at my local Nordstrom store so I can show them what this vendor shipped under the Nordstrom brand. I am so disappointed that I am not sure I will exchange for a replacement or just return.
