Still looks brand new after years
I have used this as my everyday wallet for 5 years and it still looks brand new. The wallet is made from saffiano leather, while not being soft, it does not patina, stretch, or wear thin like a more supple leather would. The hardware has also held up well and still looks great. It’s a great size, fits my iPhone, key fob, and a slim lipstick for times when I don’t want to carry a purse. If you want something that will last for a very reasonable investment, buy this wallet.

We didn't like this wallet
A gift for my daughter who is a Tory Burch fan. Neither one of us liked this wallet and I returned it. The outside was didn't feel like soft leather and the inside even seemed like plastic. Additionally, the card access was toward the center, which made it difficult to remove cards, since it zipped up, it seemed unnecessary.

Old Faithful
I wanted a change and purchased a different wallet from Nordstrom. After a couple of months, I went right back to this one.The leather is soft and I like that the wallet opens up like a book. The accordion style wallets make it difficult to find the credit card or item that you are looking for if you are in a hurry.
I wish this came in more colors. Love it and even purchased this as a gift

Bad customer service
I received a white sweater instead of the clutch. Nordstrom refused to send me the correct order until I returned the $50 sweater. Nordstrom never offered any sort of compensation for their mistake. Returned the sweater and ordered from a different store.
