Robinson Smoking Slipper (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an elegant and festive shoe. I bought it to wear with a tuxedo when the event calls for a festive mood (evening wedding receptions, galas, formal celebrations). This shoe gives the tuxedo a whole new look and feel. Along with the AE Carlyle Oxford in patent leather, I can better match the Tuxedo to the occasion. And to my surprise, while I bought the velvet loafer to wear with a tuxedo, I wear the velvet loafer with other attire as well.

Great quality but very tough to break in.i really like them but it’s so difficult to put them on right out of the box. I got my usual size in loafers and other AE shoes but it just doesn’t have much give. It won’t be comfortable for long durations. I’m considering trying a different width if that would help.
