'Petra' Driving Shoe

I've owned these in the vintage luggage brown for over a year and I LOVE them. I have a lot of driving mocs and flats, and I find that I wear these often because the leather is buttery soft, the insoles are nicely padded, and I can walk fair distances comfortably. I prefer to wear mine without socks and I've never had a blister with these, even the first time I wore them. Run true to size in length. I have slightly narrow feet (not narrow enough to buy actual narrow widths), but fit into European shoes perfectly. I would say these fit like most European luxury brands, meaning that they are on the slimmer side. If you have wide feet, these will not fit. The leather quality is superb and they honestly look like a $500+ shoe. I've had people think they are Bottega Veneta. The vintage luggage brown is a little lighter and less red than in the photo. It's a classic luggage brown color in a very warm tone. Works well with all colors and I've even worn them with black pants because the brown is midtone and warm so it pops against the black (it's not chocolate brown at all). My only complaint is that the sole doesn't come up underneath the front of the toe. This means the shoe looks more elegant, but it also means that the underside of the toes gets scuffed easily because it's simply leather with no protection. Is this a nit picky complaint? Yes. But it does mean that over time the tip of your shoe will get scuffed badly and possibly wear through. I've seen the French Red color in store and they are also stunning.
