river island faux skirt
Beautiful skirt. The pleats are gorgeous and the skirt is very full. However, it runs large. I am 5’6” and weight 168 lbs. my usual size for skirts and dresses is 12/14. With this skirt; I had to return the size 14 and purchase in size 10; otherwise I would have given this beautiful skirt 5 stars. This faux leather does have quite a bit of stretch to it which also means you need to go down 2 sizes.

Bulky and heavy
This skirt runs very large. I did not exchange it for a smaller size because it’s also heavy and added a lot of bulk. I’ve not worn a faux leather skirt and decided they are not for me. Maybe it would look okay on a tall person who has slim hips…

I loved this skirt, however it was quite large. The next smaller size was sold out, so I ordered 2 sizes down. However, a couple of days after my purchase I was told that order had been cancelled. It looks like I can order directly from the designer.

a must have!!
Im so glad I purchased this skirt but I returned the first one and purchased a size 2 because it does run big. Once I found my size I loved it.
