Elegant
I absolutely love this dress. I received so many compliments on the style and the velvet wine color. It accentuates the waist and makes the torso look longer. The side slit is a bit too high for my liking, but that was an easy fix. I originally ordered a medium, and it was too big, I returned it for the small. For reference I am 158 5ft. I loved the dress so much that I just purchased the blue one.

Gorgeous dress! but it needs altering
Pros: Stunning,rich,jewel toned color and cut. The perfect lightweight summer velvet dress! Inexpensive. Fits nicely and the deep V is sexy and fitting. It reminds me of Studio 54, but classier. Cons: The slit on this dress is ridiculous. I read it was high, It was under my butt cheek.You certainly can’t wear shape wear unless it’s a thong. It’s very clingy, so most will definitely want to wear shape wear. The arm holes hang down so you can see your bra/breasts. It is easy to sew the slit up. I went down to my knee. It has a nice seam to pull it together easily. I also cinched the underarm on each side. I still had plenty of arm room, and I could go bra-less comfortably! So you decide if it’s worth the work! It was a stunner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful dress. Giving 4 stars because had to stitch the side slit and sleeves. The side slit was too high and the sleeves opening was too wide.

beautiful dress
The dress is beautiful, fits well the only thing is the slit is very high! I am 5”7” and it’s in the side but it is all the say up my thigh to right below where my butt would start. A little too sexy for family Christmas pics, unfortunately.

Beautiful velvet dress
The dress was lovely for a fall/winter wedding; unfortunately it did not fit my body type. It is very low cut under the arms and the slit is quite high but would be beautiful on the right person!
