Awful price adjustment policy
I bought this bag full price but then asked Nordstrom for a price adjustment once I saw it was on sale. I was told that since this item is sold by a third party vendor, Nordstrom is unable to provide a refund for the difference. However, I’m able to return the item and buy a new one at the sale price which is a huge inconvenience to the customer, especially since I spend lots of money at this store! I’m sure something can be done to accommodate the customer. The customer doesn’t care about a third party vendor…all we know is that we’re buying the item from Nordstrom and we don’t need to be involved in the details of this third party nonsense that I’m sure they can find a way to resolve but won’t! This is unacceptable! I’ve been a very satisfied customer for many, many years until now!
