Presentation is everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought this as a birthday present for my husband. Craftsmanship is very nice and a true fit. However I was so upset with the presentation. The belt was in a Ferragamo belt bag but was not in a Ferragamo box. Now I have to go and buy a gift bag to spruce up the presentation. When you pay $400 for an item it should be packed with care and quality not just a belt bag in a cardboard box!

This belt is understated yet fashionable. It isn’t too flashy but completes the look. The calf skin leather is nice and soft. I got this for someone who usually wears a 32” waist pant/denim and got this belt in a size 38 so size up about 3 sizes.

Quality leather belt
…But I had to return it, because the pins in the buckle literally popped out when I was taking off of my suit pants. A high value belt shouldn’t do this after less than 20 wears in my opinion. And of course Nordstroms was willing to fix or exchange, per usual (great service)… But my belief is, if I’m paying this much for an item it shouldn’t have to be fixed. I may re-buy in future after my heart no longer hurts. But I do expect quality.

Really good belt, higher quality than the nero
I loved the weight on this belt compared to the nero, which felt cheaper and lighter. Also the smooth finish definitely looks better than the textured. Wish they had gold but Silver in person is just as good!
