Not Nordstrom quality received
I am in complete disbelief. I had purchased this FERRAGAMO belt for my husband and I received the belt in a plastic bag not the designer dust bag that it should have arrived in including the FERRAGAMO box but a plastic bag for a 550.00 belt. Honestly I’m questioning whether it’s even authentic based on how it was shipped out. What is happening with the shipping centers don’t carry designer items if they can’t be shipped appropriately. FERRAGAMO would be insulted by how their products were sent out by nordstroms. Absolutely embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Super disappointed customer.

damaged upon in store pick up
The leather damaged and scratches on the metal buckle. I didn’t even take it from the store and returned it right away. This is not the first time having trouble picking up luxury items at Nordstrom. I regret having a credit card with them and think I will switch to Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdale’s. I’m very disappointed. I can’t even re-purchase it. It is sold out.
