Faded Black Cotton
I thought the texture in the photo was velvet but it’s just a faded black cotton dress that’s meant to look worn and faded. For 90 dollars, no thanks! Nordstrom needs to do better by its plus sized customers.

Cute casual dress
I ordered the black version, and I really like it. It's a great basic item that can be worn a lot of ways with different accessories. Fit is true to size, and it's not too long on a short person like me, unlike so many of the dresses offered these days.
