What it does: Crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, the Resto smoker's three-layer aluminum-core sandwich base delivers excellent heat retention and distribution while offering easy smoking on your stovetop. Simply add wood chips (sold separately) to the pan, cover with the smoking chamber, and set the food rack on top. Place food on the rack and cover with the lid. Set on the stove to create a smoking chamber that infuses deep smoky flavor to any food you choose.

Additional features: Thanks to the easy-care satin finish, the pot is conveniently dishwasher safe. The tight-fitting lid locks in aromatic smoke to impart maximum flavor to every ingredient. Securely welded handles are extremely hygienic and provide a firm, comfortable grip.
