Damaged Item Received and Inadequate Resolution
This matter is unrelated to the Herno garment itself. I am perplexed that a stained designer jacket of this value was shipped from the Nordstrom Seattle location when other units were reportedly available in inventory at the time of fulfillment.
As a result, I am now left without any option for replacement. Compounding the issue, Nordstrom Customer Service did not offer a reasonable or fair resolution, nor any meaningful compensation, to address the inconvenience and receipt of a damaged item.
