These are long for someone that is 5’4. Worth taking to a seamstress or in my case it looks great with winter chunky boots that hold up the pants without touching the floor. The material is nice and thick not a lot of elasticity but a great comfortable fit that loosens with wear. Took me a minute to button up, but it’s the way it’s supposed to be. I am 156 pounds and 5’4. These are size 28.
