Thick comfy silk, size down.
Yes, definitely oversized - size down! That said, this is a thick, comfortable silk. I'm a 38DD and normally go L and I got an M and it's roomy. Loose sleeve cuffs are also comfortable and reinforced with stitching.

Too Oversized – Size Down!
I was really excited about this shirt and checked the sizing guide before ordering a size M. Unfortunately, it turned out way bigger than expected — it completely swallowed me. Even with the guidelines, the fit was off. I ended up returning it. If you're considering this shirt, definitely size down!
