Layla Linen Skirt

This black skirt fits beautifully, though sometimes it fits a bit strange around the hips. It’s very flattering. I wish I had known better, as this was my first 100% linen item I ever purchased, I thought maybe it’s supposed to feel this scratchy. I later purchased another linen dress from Reformation, and the fabric is much much softer and wearable. Other brands linen pants also are much softer than this skirt brand new. I am very confused at the other review stating this fabric is soft. At least six washes in the machine alone as label instructs and it got tiny bit softer, but still nowhere as soft as other linen items new. It’s quite upsetting since I was hoping I could wear this casually. I can wear it with long cotton slip shorts underneath, but I can still constantly feel its scratchiness around knees and calves. Would not recommend to anyone who also has eczema skin and sensory sensitivity.

This skirt is made of very soft linen material and skims the hips beautifully. Great midi length. I purchased the white skirt.
