Cary Slouchy High Rise Wide Leg Jeans

verrrrrrry high, small waist means these bad boys don’t slouch at all, they just creep their way up the lady parts and give you 80’s man jeans pouch that looks (and IS!) decently painful. no sitting in these silly pants. they’re going back. oddly “blousy” around the hips and the WORST mom-butt pocket placement (remember that old SNL Mom Jeans skit? “because I’m not a woman, I’m a MOM.” these are those pants. they’re so, so bad).

These fit perfectly and are so flattering!I consider them pretty true to size. I’m typically a Madewell size 26 and everywhere else size 27 and the 27 in these fits exactly how I’d want. They are super flattering in the back, not too tight or restrictive around the waist, and the perfect length for me (I’m 5’ 7”)

Tried these on in the actual reformation store, they were recommended by SA, I was looking for a baggier high waisted dark denim. These are extremely comfortable extremely flattering. They don’t create that bunch in the front that makes it look too baggy and unflattering so that’s a plus. They hold in the tummy area I would definitely say high waisted above the belly button for me (5’6 ft and 131lbs) no low waisted at all but actually perfect. I want them in every single color. The stretch in case I want a big meal, and the elegance of the jeans is great for transitioning from day to night. Length they need to be worn with higher shoes or tailored. I would say 100% go try them on bc it’s not for every body type but if you are a more hourglass shape I’d say buy it!!!
