Perfect!
This is the coat I spent most of the Fall looking for. I wanted a simple wool coat that I could dress up or dress down, not be too heavy, yet be practical for MN winter. This Sam Edelman was the perfect choice. It runs tru to size, The length (knee length for me at 5’7”) was just right and the three buttons on the sleeves and the flap pockets keep it from being just an other boring black coat. Love it!

2 sizes too small
No way is this a size 14. I could hardly get my second arm in and once I did it didn’t even button over chest. This almost feels like a 10. The material isn’t as quality as some previous Sam Edelman coats I have had in the past.

Not what I was expecting
Unfortunately, this coat gives off cheap vibes to the touch and the eyes. Disappointed, unfortunately, I have to keep it because I took the tags off and wore it. I had no other choice. I needed a dress code to wear to my father’s funeral. I received in the mail the day before. Definitely not worth the cost.

Lovely coat
This is a beautiful coat with nice, unique details. Unfortunately, I read a review that it ran very small. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear and it was too big! I ordered the hot oink and the camel color, but had to return them. The coat is absolutely true to size.

Only 3 percent wool, not 40
The listing states the blend is 40% wool, however the inner tag of the jacket states the shell is 3% wool, 2% cotton, and 95% split between nylon, acrylic, and polyester!
