Disappointing Quality
I have been wearing Red Wings now for about 7 years and just purchased a pair of Chelsea Weekenders in June of '25. Not even 6 months later the stitching and elastic are falling apart, which not only allows dirt/water to easily enter the boot, but also makes the boot look cheap and poorly made. I love the way these boots look and feel when they are still intact, but the quality is not up to the typical Red Wing standards that I'm used to. This is the 4th pair of Red Wing boots that I have owned and the Weekender Chelsea is by far the worst in terms of quality and durability. Would not recommend unless you only intend to wear them once a week.

Comfortable yes quality...meh?
Have had for couple years and wear few times a month max casually not working in them they are comfortable and broke in quickly but they are not the same quality the brand once was. Probably why they broke in quicker than any other pair of Redwings I've had in the past??

Weekender have become the daily
Three years of rugged use and still very intact. The upper was a bit, however some saddle soap, mink oil application and massaging the top to loosen up have become my favorite shoes.

Poor Quality Not lasting.
Bought these a while back and within a day the sole separated. Now with limited use the stitching is coming loose. Very poor quality considering I use red wing 595 and pecos daily for 35 years.

Great boot. Need another pair. None available
