Customer Experience- Packaging
I am in the packaging industry and notice these things. The box was nice and sturdy (expensive!) for the simple item I purchased. Your cost to ship that package could be cut in half (box and freight) with the right design. I'm sure a LOT of your customers are sustainable minded folks, sad to see so much waste when tossing into the recycling bin.
