Customer Experience- Packaging

I am in the packaging industry and notice these things. The box was nice and sturdy (expensive!) for the simple item I purchased. Your cost to ship that package could be cut in half (box and freight) with the right design. I'm sure a LOT of your customers are sustainable minded folks, sad to see so much waste when tossing into the recycling bin. If you would like help with redesigning, please reach out to me. Just my opinion. I still love Nordstrom and will continue to shop!
