What it does: This pack of temporary tattoos features over 20 whimsical, hand-drawn designs. The tattoos are easy to apply on skin and come in assorted sizes to fit different areas of your body.
How to use: Cut out your fave INKED design. Peel off the plastic top sheet, place and press the tattoo face down, and wet the tattoo paper with water until it is completely soaked through. Press and hold down in place for a few seconds, then gently peel up paper to reveal your INKED!
