Rectangle Hoodie

I was excited to place my first online order with Nordstrom, expecting a smooth and reliable process. Unfortunately, it was anything but. I ordered a hoodie and received a completely different style—wrong item, same color. To make matters worse, the hoodie was clearly worn and reeked of cheap cologne. When I reached out to customer service, I expected a solution that reflected Nordstrom’s supposed reputation for quality service. Instead, I was simply told to return the item with no effort to make things right—no expedited replacement, no compensation for the inconvenience, nothing. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I expected much better from a retailer of this caliber. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from Nordstrom online again anytime soon.
