Rebel Rebel Cotton Moto Jacket

Forget trying to get a leather coat that's as warm as this FP Moto Jacket...been there, done that. This jacket has all the bells and whistles of any leather version but it's made out of soft sweatshirt material and is lined for extra warmth. I chose the XL because of my hips and I wanted it to close, the upper part because I'm pear shaped is bit big. I tried it on while wearing a sweatshirt and it fit zipped up with no issues. Note the sleeves are ruched which I overlooked but they are cute and all the pockets in this piece means I don't need to carry a purse when I'm out and about. PS: the makers site had this at full price, it was on sale here at Nordies and I had a reward too so it was a win, win. Buy yours today.

I bought this in both the cream and olive colors since I wasn't super confident about either of the colors. Based on the other reviews, I ordered one size smaller than usual. The color of the cream jacket is much lighter than in the photo. I was expecting and hoping for a light tan, but it is more off-white. I didn't care for the color, and it was still much too oversized. Oddly enough, the olive green in the same color had a more snug fit, so I am keeping that one. As other reviews noted, the jacket is very heavyweight. Overall, it seems good quality for the sale price, definitely not a $200 jacket in my opinion. Also, one minor peeve- the belt does not go all the way around the back of the jacket, and thus cannot be removed.
