Sparkle Baby
The narrow scarf is more of a tie and suitable embellishment for a collared shirt. It also adds a fun element to pants and skirts outfit as a belt. I’m happy with the length and will have several opportunities to wear it this season. The sequins are plentiful and seem to hold up well with twisting and tying.
