Gorgeous and functional
Such a beautiful bag and great quality. This bag looks like it costs like thousands of dollars instead of hundreds. Love the dividers, helps sort all your belongings. It’s big enough to fit a laptop, a book, a large wallet, a small makeup bag, phone, keys, and medications. Dont second guess this gorgeous piece.

Functionality issues
The bag is unnecessarily big for a tote bag. It was awkward for my arm to find a comfortable landing while carrying the bag. No outside pocket- so no quick access to your keys, cell or lipgloss etc. the latch isn’t magnetic- hassle to clasp and unclasp. It has two shoulder straps, neither stays on the shoulder- if you manage one to stay, the other one slips and stays down period.
I didn’t mind that the color (Terre) wasn’t as pictured, except the bag/luggage wasn’t functional. Loosing faith at Nordstrom buyers, I’ve returned most of what I ordered during the anniversary sale due to quality or functionality issues.

Beautiful bag…but…
It’s gorgeous but even with minimal items in it, it’s very heavy and feels like a suitcase. Also not well organized. No pocket for a cell phone and should have a clip for keys. Thinking of returning

Just got this gorgeous bag in the mail yesterday and I love it!! It’s a little larger than I was expecting but I love a large bag for work and running around so this will be perfect. Thought it would be different
The bag for the price which I bought at the NSale is not as comfortable as I hoped. When carrying it for a long time the straps seem to cut into your shoulders. It is a pretty bag but what I hoped to carry my work stuff not practical.
