Sunglasses came used in plastic bag , no case

I ordered these glasses for my husband as a gift. I had it shipped to a nearby Nordstrom’s rack for easy pick up. The glasses came in a plastic bad with a sticker that said “used”. There was no case or anything else that is supposed to come with the glasses. I returned them because when I placed my order I was expecting BRAND NEW sunglasses with everything it is supposed to come with. Very disappointed that I was not told they would be used. I would have never spent almost $200.00 on “used” sunglasses
