Polarized is the-way-to-go!
I've been hearing so much about the polarized lenses so I had to see for myself if it lived up to the hype, and IT DOES with the enhanced clarity, better contrast, glare reduction, and virtually 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays. For me, it's worth the extra $50 in contrast to the regular 55mm that's $125.
At first I almost got the regular 55mm since those were the only ones at the women's department. Luckily, the associate remember seeing the 55's coming in polarized as well, but they just place them at the men's side. You fellas out there, inform the ladies that want a pair of polarized 55mm to head over to the men's department.
Btw, I suggest getting them at your local Nordstrom because when you order them online they don't always send you a new pair. The associate informed me that they could be sending you pair that's been returned or was on the self/display unless you ask the associate to call them to send you a new pair. Two of my friends ordered theirs online and both of them had some minor issues with their pair of Ray Bans. One of them encountered a screw being loose on one of the handles, and my other friend's pair would always make squeaky noises every time she folds it.
