We’re so sorry to hear these sunglasses didn’t work for you. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be to receive something different from what you expected. We looked into this issue and verified the lenses are made of glass. And, while glass lenses are the highest quality material for sunglasses, they can get a little heavy. For a better fit, we would be happy to adjust the nose pad and temple tips of these glasses for you as a complimentary service—just bring them into the sunglass department of any Nordstrom store. If you’d like to return them, our customer service team would be happy to assist you.
