54mm Polarized Square Sunglasses

Received a entirely used glasses. The lenses were scratched on the inside, the handles/arms dirty from glue where the tag previously was. Glasses were not properly packed or protected in the case. The case was worn/used, the inside of the case had no cloth for glasses or any source of barrier to protect lenses. It was obvious that these glasses were used and returned to the store and the store didn’t take proper care before placing them back on the shelf but yet had no problem charging the full price for the item. No shame whatsoever. I took the glasses right back.

These sunglasses are great! However, they arrived with no case, which seemed unusual for essentially a $200 pair of Ray-Bans. They were packaged in some bubble wrap and the “arms” were super loose. I contacted Nordstrom Customer Service, they tried to address my concern about a missing case by placing a new order under the agreement that I would return the sunglasses without a case within 30 days of receiving the new pair with a case. This seemed like a good resolution until a few days later my order got cancelled because product isn’t available anymore. Unfortunately it seems I need to return the Sunglasses, Sunglasses Hut have these exact sunglasses available so I will probably get them there., and I’m sure they will have a case!
