Poor Quality Control
The straps were really loose on one foot- regular on the other. Poor quality control- I returned them and will not buy again

Getting blisters due to rough underside
I love Chaco flip flops and have had a pair off and on for ages. This pair is literally rubbing me raw right on the top of my feet. The old ones did not do that. I am still hoping that the roughness will disappear but may have to beg for a return despite having put a few miles on these. Sad.

These can have a break in period, discomfort while breaking in your new shoes is never fun. We typically recommend breaking them in at a slow pace by wearing them 1-3 hours at a time in non-strenuous conditions to allow your feet time to adjust to them. Great footbed
I have always loved the Chaco foot bed. This sandal has the great footbed, but the straps seem too loose, which makes them very sloppy to walk in. I will wear them because they are comfortable, but I wish they held better to my feet like all my previous pairs have.
