PAINT will chip on handle!
I want to love this mug. It keeps my coffee hot for a long time......BUT I don't love it because of the chipping paint on the handle. I filed a warranty claim and was sent a replacement much quickly. The REPLACEMENT mug handle is chipping also. Don't waste your money.

I’m so sorry to hear this about your experience with your Rambler. YETI DuraCoat products are designed to be flake or chip resistant, but the coating can scratch off. The scratch is purely cosmetic and won't have any effect on the performance of your Rambler.

Cup will hold 20oz not 24
Will not hold 24oz more like 20oz I’ve got many yeti products this is a first and have been pleased now I have another 20 oz cup
YETI.com response
We're sorry for any confusion caused around our naming convention of our stackable drinkware. We've decided to rename our drinkware to align more closely to the cup's capacity. Previously, we measured the capacity of our cups to a fill line at the bottom of the lid. The current capacity is measured to the brim of the vessel with no lid on.

Not 24oz
Falsely advertised. Not 24 oz. I shouldn’t be able to pour two 12oz cans of beer into the mug and one beer can still be around 1/4 full of beer. The whole reason I bought this thing was to use as a beer mug and it can’t do that. Now I’m not sure I want to keep it.
