Received product and has a jingling sound coming from the inside. The contents also do not hold warm for very long at all, just made hot coffee was getting cold within an hour. Wrote a review earlier but haven’t heard back. I also tried to submit a help request and the site won’t give me the option to.

Excellent for maintaining temperature. However, I carry this in my purse on the way to work, and the coffee splashes out from the sipping lid opening. Would be an improvement if this sealed and prevented spills when closed.
