Nordstrom Quality Control needs improvement
Leaving this review to provide feedback for improving the quality of products that get sent out from Nordstrom.
Noticed they were sold out of this item, and then I checked back at a later time and saw a single cup listed again. I can imagine it got returned and restocked, because when I received the product, noticed that there was bubbling in the inner white Duracoat ceramic coating, and 2 spots of discoloration on the outside that I could not remove.
Yeti warranty was outstanding, and their customer service got me a replacement within 2 weeks. No complaints with ordering and shipment communication and timing, I didn’t attempt to contact Nordstrom customer service until I contacted Yeti customer service first.

Color
The color looks more on the pink side online (my favorite color) but once I got it, it is more on the purple side. Disappointed. Was going to return it but my daughter wants it, so I am not going to. She loves it though.
