A basic that's over the top!

Got this last year at the anniversary sale and am trying to buy them for each of my daughters. Out of my 6 long sleeve denim button-down shirts (live in MI) this was definitely worth the money. It comes out of the dryer so silky and since it's not a heavy denim it works as a light jacket even in summer and a pretty colored-third layer over tanks/T's. Normally I don't write reviews but when there's something becomes a favorite go-to I have to give kudos. Thanks for a great shirt!!!!

Lovely fabric but strange fit

I'm usually either a large or extra large in Rails, and went with the bigger size so that it would be a more relaxed fit. But while the top half of the shirt is great, the bottom narrows to the point where it's too snug around the waist/behind. Totally throws off the fit of the whole thing, seems more like a men's shirt. Two stars for the fabric though, very soft and silky.

On the fence

Pros: Soft chambray material, beautiful snaps (instead of buttons), lightweight. Cons: very western feel. I watched the video and sales associate described it as slightly western, but still neutral. On me it leans very western which although a lovely shirt, is not the look I was going for.

I wear it frequently

Form the anniversary sale I have a few items I still haven’t even put on yet. But this shirt I’ve worn at least 10 times already. I reach for it as a shirt, an outer layer, I’ve brought it to Europe twice and worn it there too. It’s very versatile and comfortable and doesn’t take up too much space in my suitcase. A favorite for sure.
