Soft! Soft! Soft!

I love Rails and this shirt does not disappoint! It's so soft and the blue and white contrast is so pretty in person. But the best part, is the shirt has snaps not buttons! It's so comfy and so flattering. I love wearing these over leggings or with jeans.
