Ashlyn Stripe Linen Blend Dress

The cut and the shape of the dress was perfect for me. I got the white in my usual XS and it was really flattering. Sort of skimmed the body and made you look effortlessly stylish and casual. The deal breaker for me were the armholes. If I lifted my arm my bra was (all of it) was clearly visible underneath. This to me is a no-no. Also, I got the white and the outline of the pockets are clearly visible. Normally I would return a dress if the outline of the pockets showed (sine it messes with the lines of the dress), but this dress was so pretty that I was ready to keep it in spite of the pocket outlines. However, my bra being visible made it completely un-professional and there would be very few places where I could wear this dress

This dress is very flattering, and would probably work on most body types. I am 5ft 7in, long-waisted, and this hits right in the center of my shins. As a previous reviewer noted, the armholes are a bit long, and your bra will show. I plan on remedying this by pairing it with a denim jacket but is NSFW without it. You will definitely need to wear nude undergarments as it is also a bit see-through. I am 5ft 7in, 178 pounds and the large fits perfectly.

I purchased this dress in a XS and a S in the white. I usually wear a S. I am 5'4" 125 lbs. The XS fit perfect! I must say I do love the dress, the only thing is that it is shown with pockets and the dress I received (the S order was cancelled), did NOT have pockets! I am ok without the pockets but I felt mis advertising so I knocked off 1 star. I will keep it as it is a great dress for my upcoming vacation!
