Raglan Sleeve Roll Neck Wool & Cotton Sweater

The sweater fits great, love the color (pink smoke) and it’s soft. BUT, the chemical smell is so strong, even after airing out for a week, that it negates the good stuff. Normally, I would read a review like this and roll me eyes. I am 100% NOT sensitive to smells which tells you just how bad it must be for me to write a review!

The fabric is soft and the sweater is cute. However, the neck hole is so small that I had to pull it really hard to get it on and off. The sleeves are on the long side and the body hits the waist. I am returning it.

I really don't have anything that great to say about this sweater it's an okay sweater I think the video on the Nordstrom website to fix it well it's not for me it's way too plain for $50 but more importantly it's way too boxy and it feels cheap to me

Perhaps I could go down a size for a slightly better fit but overall the color is the only thing going for this sweater. It is oversized which I like but it is so boxy as to be almost square and ends just below the waist so I end up looking heavier than I am. The arms are long on me and cuffing them gave me cuffs in excess of 8”. The material is odd to me. It is not scratchy or uncomfortable but it looked more like acrylic than merino wool. It had a sheen. I double checked the label to make sure the online description matched and it does. I suppose there is a person for every sweater but I already own too many to buy one making me look like Square Bob Spongepants. Maybe this one was cut incorrectly and a return so I am giving the benefit of the doubt. It arrived today and I am returning it the same day.

This sweater is so soft yet has a bit of a firm knit. Nothing scratchy about the yarn content and plenty of give. Fit is comfortable, not body hugging but plenty of movement room. Bought one for me and returned for two more for Christmas gifts.

I purchased this in the grey/ivory stripe color and initially ordered an XS but ended up returning it and getting an xxs. I'm 5'2" and weigh 100# and found this sweater to be the perfect length on me. Sleeves were just slightly long but nothing a small cuff wouldn't fix. This will be a go to sweater for me this fall and winter. I liked it so much ordered a second in the Rust Sequoia color which is gorgeous! In my opinion, these are the perfect weight and will be warm without being too bulky.
